This additional benefit complements the unlimited 5G and 4G data usage, providing a more worry-free travel experience. The offer is available from now until 31 March 2026 exclusively for Maxis customers who purchase any of the selected roaming passes such as the 7 Days ASEAN Data Pass, 7 Days APAC Data Pass, 15 Days Multi Country Data Pass or 30 Days Multi Country Data Pass.
Customers can redeem Maxis Travel Care via the Maxis app upon purchasing the listed roaming passes. This coverage provides compensation in the event of travel disruption, injury, accidental disability or death during travel. The coverage amount includes medical and personal accident expenses up to RM50,000, baggage delay up to RM2,000 and various other additional benefits.
