According to Bursa Gold Dinar, the third-party provider that manages data experienced problems with its hardware and storage system, resulting in some customer data being affected and lost. The data involved is said to be an identity card image and also a user verification video.
Bursa Gold Dinar emphasized that this problem occurred due to a hardware problem, and not a security incident or hacking. Bursa Gold Dinar has also informed the authorities regarding this incident. It was also said that they will ask users to verify their identity and eKYC again in the near future.
