Meta is now ready to offer a paid subscription plan called Meta Verified, which adds support for blue ticks to account names, in addition to several additional functions such as access to customer service. Not only that, Meta is now also reportedly looking to introduce paid subscription plans on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, which will provide several exclusive features focused on creativity and productivity powered by artificial intelligence.
One of the access that users are expected to receive is access to Manus, an artificial intelligence service that was recently acquired by Meta.
Not only that, Meta is also expected to provide additional features. For example, on Instagram you can watch Instagram Stories without leaving a trace of having watched them on behalf of the content owner. In addition, users are also expected to be able to see a list of followers who have not followed you back.
It is not yet known how much Meta will charge for this purpose. Various technology companies are ready to charge for offering artificial intelligence-based features, while Snapchat is ready to charge a subscription fee to access a number of exclusive features on the platform.
For you, would you subscribe to a paid plan on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp if it were offered?
