CES 2026 is taking place this week in Las Vegas, USA, and many electronics manufacturers will be introducing their latest products.
One of them is MSI, which will be showing off two new gaming displays, the MSI MPG 341CQR QD-OLED X36 and the MSI MEG X at the event, specifically for those who already own powerful gaming computers.
Starting with the MSI MPG 341CQR QD-OLED X36, this display uses a 34-inch curved QD-OLED display with a 4K resolution (3440 x 1440) with a refresh rate of 360Hz and a brightness value of 1300 nits.
In terms of color processing support, this display comes with the ability to process 99 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut and has a color processing accuracy delta value of less than two.
With the listing of VESA ClearMR 18000 and VESA DisplayHDR500 standards, users can utilize this display for a variety of uses, from gaming to video viewing and even video editing work without any issues.
To reduce the light reflection issue on OLED screens, MSI has also added a DarkArmor layer to this display, and with the help of the fifth generation QD-OLED panel that helps absorb light rays better, this allows users to enjoy bright and dark scenes without having to worry about light reflections and shadows from the screen.
This display also comes with an HDMI 2.1 plug, DisplayPort 2.1, a USB Type-C plug that is powerful enough to charge thin and light laptops. The smaller footprint also gives users more space on the desk for decorations or other computer accessories.
Meanwhile, MSI has also introduced the new MSI MEG X display, which is the same MSI MPG 341CQR QD-OLED X36 display, but with some new AI features built into it. These include AI Tracker, AI Gauge, AI Vision+, AI Scene, AI Goggle and AI Scope which are said to give users an edge in gaming.
MSI will be showing more details about these two gaming displays during the CES 2026 event, along with their other products.
