Vivo is adding another model under the X200 series in 2025. This new model maintains the same design as several existing models. However, at the same time, it focuses specifically on photography with the support of ZEISS technology.
Vivo X200T comes with a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2800×1260, supporting a refresh rate of 120Hz and peak brightness of up to 5000 nits. This device is paired with a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chip with memory options of up to 12GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 internal storage.
A 6200mAh battery is provided supporting 90W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging. It also offers a 50MP ZEISS tri-camera setup, while the selfie camera also supports a resolution of 50MP. Other specifications include NFC support, an in-screen fingerprint scanner, Bluetooth 5.4, IP68/69 waterproofing and running OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
