Elon Musk is ready to aim to make X an all-in-one application like WeChat in China. One of the steps to make it successful is the integration of financial components. In parallel, X is ready to test X Money since before in the United States.
Most recently, Elon Musk said that X Money will enter the public testing phase starting in April 2026. With this step, it will allow users to make payments or send money easily through the application.
This step is also expected to indirectly lead to a new form of income for X, which is now owned by SpaceX. Most likely, the offering of X Money will be limited to only a few countries, and it is not known whether it will be offered in Malaysia or not.
