ShopBack, one of the services focused on cashback for shopping, has now announced that it will end support for ShopBack Pay in Malaysia, effective March 25, 2026. With this change, the payment option using ShopBack Pay will no longer be offered on the ShopBack app.
In addition, ShopBack also stated that users will not receive “Return Cashback” for ShopBack Pay effective March 2, 2026.
ShopBack said that other services under them will operate as usual in Malaysia for now, and will continue to develop their ecosystem. For your information, previously in 2024, ShopBack also ended the ShopBack PayLater offering under them.
