HONOR not only showed off their own humanoid robot but also showed off a new type of smartphone with a mechanical gimbal, the Robot Phone. This is a collaboration between HONOR and the famous cinema camera company ARRI to provide a more cinematic video recording experience.
HONOR Robot Phone has the first 3-axis gimbal in a smart device and uses HONOR's own micro motor which is 70% smaller than most micro motors in the industry. This gimbal camera is complete with a 200MP sensor to maintain image sharpness along with several cinematic video recording features such as super steady video, AI Object Tracking and AI Spinshot.
This device is also complete with interesting AI features such as All-angle AI video call to allow users to answer video calls from various angles. This device can also interact with humans because it has emotional body language features and can also dance to the beat of songs.
There are currently no more in-depth specifications for the HONOR Robot Phone, but based on real-world observations, it is quite interesting when compared to most smartphones currently available on the market.
