The Vivo X300s was also launched today along with the X300 Ultra. The phone comes with a premium design and more practical specifications, making it a suitable choice for users who want a powerful device experience in a more balanced package.
The device comes with a 6.78-inch flat AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It is paired with a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip along with the vivo V3+ Blueprint image chip. In addition, this device is also paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 internal storage. The operating system used is OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
The vivo X300s camera section consists of a tri-camera system with ZEISS support where the main camera comes with a 200MP sensor with OIS while the 50MP ultra-wide lens and 50MP periscope telephoto are also included with OIS which offers optical zoom up to 3x. For selfies, the device is equipped with a 50MP front camera and interestingly it also supports an additional teleconverter to provide more independent zoom capabilities.

The official price of the vivo X300s in China starts with the 12GB RAM model and 256GB internal storage at CNY 4,999 (~RM2,910). The 12GB RAM option with 512GB storage is priced at CNY 5,499 (~RM3,201) while the 16GB RAM model with 512GB storage is priced at CNY 5,999 (~RM3,493). The largest model with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage is offered at CNY 6,999 (~RM4,076).
