After several weeks of leaks about the specifications and design, the Vivo X300 Ultra was launched in China a while ago with a camera system that focuses on photography and improvements compared to last year's X200.
It is equipped with a 6.82″ Ultra XDR AMOLED screen, 144Hz LTPO with Dolby Vision and HDR10+ support. This is matched with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, up to 16GB of RAM, up to 1TB of storage and a 6600 mAh battery that supports 100W and 40W wireless charging.
The camera is given priority with a wide-angle lens paired with a 200MP Sony Lytia 901 sensor, 1/1.12″ sensor size and OIS stabilization system. The 14mm ultra-wide lens comes with a 50MP sensor while the 85mm telephoto lens is with a Samsung ISOCELL HP0 sensor with gimbal stabilization. Meanwhile, the selfie sensor is 50Mp.
The device is offered with a photography kit that offers two additional lenses Cannon 400 (400mm 17.4×) and Lipstick 200 (200mm 8.7×). The kit has a handle that makes it easy to use as a camera. All main cameras use Zeiss lenses.
The device also comes with an ultrasonic under-screen fingerprint scanning system, IP69K waterproofing, stereo speakers, and the OriginOS 6 operating system based on Android 16. Vivo X300 Ultra is confirmed to be going to the global market with a sales price in China as below.
