AMD and NVIDIA Graphics Cards Can Now Be Used with Apple Computers for AI Development

Apple has recently reportedly allowed driver software for AMD and NVIDIA graphics card components to be developed for use with Apple's computer offerings, including the MacBook, Mac Mini, Mac Pro series, and so on.

AMD and Intel graphics cards connected to a USB Type-C dock with a USB4 or Thunderbolt connection can now be connected to Mac computers via that connection, and used for AI language model processing purposes.

Apple recently seems to have confirmed the development of supporting software by Tiny Corp, which has previously developed language model processing equipment.

The supporting software that they have developed has now received Apple's blessing to integrate AMD or NVIDIA graphics card components for language model processing purposes. This allows these graphics cards to be used with Apple's M-series chip computers without any problems, and quickly and easily.

Looking at the support offered by Tiny Corp, it seems that graphics cards from the AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT series to the NVIDIA RTX 6000 Pro can all be used without any issues after downloading the software.

Unfortunately, this support software does not allow your Mac to use gaming graphics cards to run computer games with better graphics capabilities, resolutions, or refresh rates. The software can only be used to enable it to be used in a more “productive” way, if you are an artificial intelligence service developer.
