Realme today launched a new series of numbers in Malaysia by introducing two models, namely realme 16 Pro and realme 16 Pro+. This series emphasizes the camera system and internal hardware suitable for modern users, in addition to receiving a design touch from famous Japanese designer, Naoto Fukasawa.
realme 16 Pro+ comes with a 6.78″ FHD+ 144Hz curved AMOLED screen that can reach a peak brightness of 6500 nits. It is powered by a Snapdragon7 Gen 4 chip with 5G network support along with a memory option of 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. This device is also equipped with a 7000mAh battery with 80W Ultra Charge fast charging system via USB-C port.
In terms of photography, the Realme 16 Pro+ features a camera system with a 200MP OIS main sensor, 50MP telephoto, 8MP ultra-wide angle and a 50MP front camera. In addition, the device also has an IP66/IP68/IP69/IP69K waterproof rating, an in-screen fingerprint scanner and runs the realmeUI 7.0 operating system for a more modern user experience.
The realme 16 Pro also comes with a 6.78″ flat AMOLED screen that supports a 144Hz refresh rate. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Max chip with a memory option of 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. A 7000mAh battery is also provided, just like the Pro+ model, with 80W Ultra Charge fast charging via a USB-C port. In terms of photography, the camera setup consists of a 200MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide camera while the front camera is 50MP.
Realme 16 Pro is offered in Malaysia at prices starting at RM1599 (12/256GB) and RM1899 (12/512GB). Meanwhile, Realme 16 Pro is priced at RM2299 (12/512GB). The first sale for this new model starts on 11 April 2026 with the opportunity to receive exciting free gifts with every purchase.
