Apple introduced the MacBook Neo on March 4 and it is now available for purchase in Malaysia. For those interested, purchases can be made through the Apple Store and Apple's official reseller network in Malaysia. The selling price starts at RM2,499 for the 256GB model and RM2,899 for the 512GB storage, in addition to being offered in four cheerful color options, namely Silver, Indigo, Blush and Citrus.
The Apple MacBook Neo comes with a 13-inch screen and is powered by the Apple A18 chip previously used in the iPhone 16. This A18 Pro chip offers a 6-core CPU, 5-core GPU and 16-core Neural Engine for faster and more efficient performance. Complementing this laptop is 8GB of RAM, a choice of either 256GB or 512GB storage and Touch ID support for additional security. In terms of connectivity, it provides two USB-C ports and a 3.5mm audio jack while Apple states that its battery can last up to 16 hours of use.
