CelcomDigi is now introducing the Unlimited Hajj Roaming Pass specifically for customers who are about to perform the Hajj pilgrimage. This pass is offered at a price of RM148 and is available from now until 30 June 2026.
Through this pass, customers can enjoy unlimited roaming data with up to 150GB of high-speed 5G access along with free data roaming and calling facilities while on board, as well as unlimited Internet up to 1Mbps. The usage period is for 50 days and also includes 30 minutes of calls between Saudi Arabia and Malaysia (subject to terms and conditions).
It should be noted that the free data roaming and calling facilities while on board are only available on certain airlines and aircraft equipped with AeroMobile services.
This service is also supported by major network partners in Saudi Arabia, namely Mobily, STC and Zain, which provide extensive coverage in the Hajj pilgrimage area to ensure a smoother communication experience. Additionally, this pass can be activated immediately via the Celcom app once users arrive in Saudi Arabia after purchase.
For those who are not CelcomDigi customers, subscription can also be made by obtaining a prepaid eSIM or physical SIM card that comes with this Hajj Roaming Pass. This way, more pilgrims can enjoy communication convenience during their stay in the Holy Land.
