Yesterday, we followed reports that GALAX will be closing down their business based on a document that said that the warranty and RMA process for NVIDIA graphics cards offered by them will be handled by the brand's parent company, Palit.
Many, including us, thought that this also meant that GALAX would be closing down their graphics card component manufacturing business, as one of the reasons given was that warranty and RMA handling would have to be transferred to Palit because they did not have enough memory supply, which could also be considered as them no longer being able to build new graphics cards.
However, GALAX confirmed that this does not mean that they are leaving the computer components world, only that most of the management operations will be handled directly by Palit, which is the parent company of brands such as GALAX, KFA2 and Hall of Fame.
This means that GALAX will continue to produce NVIDIA graphics cards without any issues for the foreseeable future and also in the future without any issues.
