For those who follow the development of the Reno series, you must know that Oppo usually launches two new generations in this series in the same year. This time is no exception when Oppo began to give a glimpse of the Reno16 in China just a few months after the launch of the Reno15 in Malaysia last January.
Initial promotional images were published by Oppo along with the opening of pre-orders in China. However, the main question now focuses on the internal hardware and actual design which are still secret, since the promotional image only shows a brief sketch without showing the full concept.
Based on the image, it can be expected that Oppo may return to using a curved screen design with a thin body as used in the Reno11 series. Furthermore, the image also shows curved screens on all four sides as if to further strengthen the claim.
However, this is just speculation based on the image sketch shared in the brief promotional poster. It is better to wait for further updates which are expected to be published periodically from day to day. Meanwhile, Oppo also stated that the device will be launched around May in China, but the exact date is still unknown as of the time of writing.
