In 2015, Google had already invested $1 billion in Elon Musk's SpaceX company, at which time, SpaceX was valued at around $10 billion. Since then, SpaceX has grown rapidly, and is now in the phase for a public listing.
According to current expectations, Google through its parent company Alphabet is seen to have a 6% stake in SpaceX, and this value is said to be worth up to $100 billion through the investment, when SpaceX makes a public listing on the Bursa.
According to initial reports, SpaceX is said to be targeting a company valuation of around $1.75 trillion for their public listing. Previously, when SpaceX and xAI merged earlier this year, the entity was said to be worth around $1.25 trillion.
