Honor Win H9 Is The First Gaming Laptop From The Smart Device Brand

Honor is a well-known Chinese electronics brand, and offers a wide range of smart devices that range from premium to affordable options, as well as additional accessories such as earphones and smartwatches.

Honor is also known for offering productivity laptops through the Honor Magicbook laptop series, but it looks like they are entering the gaming market as well with their first gaming laptop offering: the Honor Win H9.

Honor also seems to have revealed some initial details about this laptop, including the use of an Intel Core i7-14650HX processor with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 and an Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX chip with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics card. Both configurations will also come with 16GB of LPDDR5 memory and 1TB of PCIe4.0 SSD storage.

One interesting gimmick showcased by the Honor Win H9 is the Honor Dongfeng cooling system which consists of two cooling fans that pull air from the bottom of the laptop, and six fans on the sides that blow hot air from the components to the air space outside the computer frame.

According to Honor, when playing computer games in Quiet Mode fan mode, the surface temperature of the left side of the keyboard was recorded at around 40 degrees Celsius with the fan noise recorded at only 38dB.

Honor says that this gaming laptop will be further introduced on April 23, and may also reveal the price tag and sale date. So far, it is not known if this laptop will be offered in the Malaysian market like the Honor Magicbook laptop.
