MyJPJ Application Updated With New Interface Design



The Road Transport Department (JPJ) has now started offering a new update for users of the MyJPJ application on Android and iOS, and along with it, it includes a brand new interface.


On the main page, it now includes access to several main menus including for checking summons and eComplaints, in addition to a number of JPJ-related announcements. A quick access menu to the Inbox is also included to view various notifications when involving your account, in addition to the directory menu and profile menu.


On the main section, the MyJPJ application also highlights access to chat support via messaging via FIFI AI Chatbot. However, from our tests, FIFI AI Chatbot is still not smart enough to answer a number of questions involving user accounts, and often asks users to refer to the official JPJ website.


For those of you who want to try this new interface, you can download and update the MyJPJ application today on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and try it yourself.
