The OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra was officially launched in China yesterday along with a new game controller accessory designed specifically for the phone. As a gaming device, it offers performance of up to 165fps in several popular games.
The game controller also comes with an additional antenna for a stronger signal, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB-C charging port on the bottom. In addition, it has a magnetic connection point for a cooling fan that is sold separately. Its retractable design makes it suitable for use with other phones.
The main focus is also on the dual-cell 8,600mAh battery. It is one of the largest ever used in a OnePlus device and comes with 120W fast charging support. This battery is advertised to be able to reach 53% in 20 minutes and fully charged in 49 minutes. In addition, this device comes with a 6.78″ OLED display that supports a 165Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and brightness of up to 3,600 nits.
It is also paired with the Dimensity 9500 chip, up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. The OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra comes with a 50MP main camera equipped with OIS. In addition, it offers an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 16MP selfie camera. The rear camera is capable of recording 4K video at 60fps while the selfie camera supports 1080p recording at 30fps. The OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra is sold in China at a starting price of RMB 3,800 (~RM 2,194).
