Netflix is a company that popularized the streaming of television series and movies on the Internet, and its founder, Reed Hastings, is reportedly leaving the company soon.
Reed Hastings started Netflix as a VHS cassette rental service in the United States in 1997, and as the internet network was seen to be developing in the country, he transformed it into a television series and movie streaming company.
