Attention to TNG eWallet users who frequently use the Auto Reload and Quick Payment features using debit cards. Debit card support for both of these features will be stopped starting May 13. After this, alternative payment systems such as credit cards must be used for the same purpose.
Previously, this function was placed in maintenance mode to evaluate transaction performance. After a review, TNG Digital decided to end support for debit cards to ensure a more stable and reliable payment experience.
Debit card use can still be done if the TNG eWallet credit value is added manually. Credit card use can also be done but will incur an additional 1% charge. This decision taken by TNG Digital is disappointing because it makes it difficult for customers who rely on their services.
I use Auto Reload because it simplifies the toll payment process that is done every day. Without debit card support, I have to check my balance every morning before traveling.
