U Mobile today updated its prepaid plan offerings, offering higher data access, and saying it comes with “unlimited” speed. The new data plans start at RM8 per month, and also have options for RM38 per month, as well as RM50 per month.
The most basic plan, ULTRA PREPAID 28 is offered at RM28 per month, comes with 50GB data, unlimited calls to all networks, and a 5GB hotspot offer. The ULTRA PREPAID 38 plan is offered at RM38 per month, offers 250GB data, unlimited calls, and a hotspot that shares the plan’s quota.
The highest plan on offer is the ULTRA PREPAID 50 at RM50 per month, and comes with 500GB data, unlimited speed, unlimited calls, and shared hotspot quota.
Also through the new plan, U Mobile is adding a new feature called “ULTRA5G PRIORITY”. While every plan promises unlimited speed, through this feature, U Mobile says users will be given priority with a smoother and more consistent experience, especially during peak hours or in congested areas. This addition is offered at a price as low as RM2 per hour. Users who subscribe to the ULTRA PREPAID 50 plan will also enjoy 2 free passes that provide access for 3 hours of usage.
This new plan has been started by U Mobile starting today to those using prepaid plans.
