TikTok has now announced that in the UK market, in the coming months they will start offering a paid subscription plan of £3.99, which provides an ad-free TikTok experience.
This offer is provided as an option, to users aged 18 and over. With this move, users can choose whether they want to see personalized ads based on their browsing data, or browse ad-free for a monthly subscription price.
At the moment, it is not known whether the similar plan will be expanded to other markets or not. In addition to TikTok, YouTube also offers a subscription for an ad-free experience on their service.
