Vibe Mobile Uses UMobile’s 5G Network Services to Power Their Services

Vibe Mobile is a new MVNO network provider in Malaysia that is now available with 4G and 5G network offerings for a wide range of users and currently offers telecommunications services through prepaid subscriptions, and will launch their postpaid plans in the future.

Recently, it was confirmed that Vibe Mobile is using UMobile’s mobile internet network infrastructure services for both domestic and roaming networks of the MVNO’s customers.

The use of UMobile’s network allows Vibe Mobile to focus on other aspects of their services such as plan offerings, marketing and various other services that they can offer.

This collaboration is also part of U Mobile’s broader efforts to build a more dynamic partner ecosystem, based on the next generation 5G network. Designed for scale and flexibility, U Mobile allows partners to leverage stable and seamless connectivity to bring new mobile and digital services to market faster.

Vibe prepaid plans come with several options from RM17 per month to RM47 with different data and call limits. One advantage shown by Vibe Mobile's offer is that it seems that the unused data can be used in the next month.

In the meantime, all these plans are not tied to any contract, and can be terminated at any time. However, for now, you can only buy this Vibe Mobile SIM card through physical distributors only.

Vibe Mobile received a license to operate as an MVNO telecommunications company in September 2025, and began offering their services in April 2026. So far, they report having 50 thousand customers throughout Malaysia including in Sabah and Sarawak.
