For compact device enthusiasts, the Vivo X300 FE comes with an attractive offering. It is basically built from the same DNA as the Ultra version but presented in a flagship device that is easy to handle and powerful.
The Vivo X300 FE comes with a glass body on the front and back and an aluminum frame. The device also has IP68/IP69 certification for dust and water resistance and can survive up to a depth of 1.5-meters for 30 minutes
It also brings a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 1216 x 2640 pixels, a refresh rate of 120Hz, HDR10+ support and a maximum brightness level of 5000 nits. The screen also supports up to 1 billion colors with a screen-to-body ratio of around 90%.
The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip with a choice of 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB or 512GB UFS 4.1 internal storage without additional memory support. The device runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6 which promises up to 5 years of operating system updates and 7 years of security updates.
Then the camera system consists of a triple rear camera system including a 50MP wide-angle (f/1.6, 23mm, 1/1.56″, OIS), a 50MP periscope telephoto (f/2.7, 70–73mm, 3x optical zoom) and an 8MP ultrawide (f/2.2, 115°). The front camera is a 50MP wide sensor.
All these cameras are powered by ZEISS technology with the AI True Clarity engine which also supports video recording up to 8K30fps complete with gyro-EIS and OIS for stabilization. An optional Telephoto Extender Gen 2 accessory is also available to provide a focal length of 200mm for even further zoom capabilities.
The 6,500mAh battery uses Silicon Carbon technology that supports 90W wired and 40W wireless fast charging, as well as reverse wired and wireless charging. It also features a USB Type-C port, stereo speakers, an in-screen ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and an infrared emitter.
In Malaysia, the Vivo X300 FE is priced starting at RM3,299 (12/256GB) and RM3,899 (12/512GB). Vivo is also offering the X300 FE with a Photographer Kit in bulk starting at RM4,298 (12/256GB) and RM4,898 (12/512GB).
For buyers who pre-order until 22 May 2026, they are eligible to receive a cash rebate of RM300, making the device priced lower at RM3998 (12/256GB) and RM4598 (12/512GB) with the X300 FE Photographer Kit package.
