Vivo X300 Ultra Enters the Malaysian Market Starting at RM6799

Vivo has launched its new X300 Ultra in Malaysia. It is the first phone to be brought to Malaysia, making it one of the premium options in its class. The phone also offers interesting features that target photography and video enthusiasts.

The most prominent part of the device is the sophisticated rear camera system. It incorporates a 200MP Sony LYT-901 1/1.12-inch primary sensor. Interestingly, this primary lens is capable of maintaining a 35mm (~1.5x) focal length, which is often preferred by street photography enthusiasts due to its realistic perspective.

This is also paired with a 200MP ZEISS Gimbal-Garde APO periscope telephoto lens with an 85mm focal length and CIPA 7.0 stabilization. In addition, there is also a 50MP LYTIA 818 ultra-wide camera and a 50MP JN5 True Color lens with 12 channels of the color spectrum designed to capture colors and ambient lighting with near-perfect accuracy.

The X300 Ultra also introduces APV codec support, a professional format that allows for higher recording quality and easier post-production workflows. In addition, users can record 4K video at 120fps in 10-Bit Log Mode using Customs 3D LUTs. The front camera is 50MP and all front and rear cameras of this device are powered by ZEISS technology.

In terms of performance, the Vivo X300 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip with memory options of up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage. The display uses a 6.82-inch LTPO OLED screen with a refresh rate of 144Hz. The battery is 6600mAh which supports 100W wired and 40W wireless fast charging. Not to be outdone, the device also comes with IP68 and IP69 waterproof ratings for added protection.

In Malaysia, the Vivo X300 Ultra is offered at prices starting at RM6,799 (16GB2512GB), RM7,799 (16GB/1TB) and RM9,999 (16GB/1TB with X300 Photographer Kit package).

For buyers who pre-order until 22 May 2026, they are eligible to receive a cash rebate of RM900, bringing the price down to RM5,899 (16/512GB), RM6,899 (16GB/1TB) and RM9,099 (16GB /1TB) with X300 Photographer Kit package.
