Xiaomi has finally confirmed that the Xiaomi 17T Pro and Xiaomi 17T will be officially launched on May 28. These devices have been confirmed to be going global and will certainly offer a flagship experience at a more affordable price like Xiaomi has done before.
Previously, the design and specifications of these two devices have been leaked, confirming that they reuse the design of last year's Xiaomi 15T series. The leaked images show a full metal body and rear panel as well as a flat frame. The tri-camera system with Leica lenses also seems to be back.
The Xiaomi 17T Pro comes with a 6.83″ OLED 144Hz screen paired with the Dimensity 9500 chip, a 7000 mAh battery that supports 100W charging and a 50+50+12MP main camera using a 50MP Light Fusion 950 sensor and a 32MP front camera.
Xiaomi 17T comes with a 6.59″ OLED 120Hz screen paired with the Dimensity 8500 Ultra chip, a 6500 mAh battery that supports 67W charging, a 50+50+12MP main camera and a 32MP front camera.
The device uses the HyperOS operating system based on Android 16, supports NFC, and also WiFi 6E. Also leaked is the selling price of the Xiaomi 17T starting at €749 (~RM 3466) while the Xiaomi 17T Pro starts at €999 (~RM 4622).
