At Google I/O in May last year, Google Try On was shown to the public. This feature allows clothes that are to be purchased online to be “worn” on the buyer’s body first using the power of artificial intelligence (AI). After more than a year of being offered to users in the United States, Try On will be launched in Malaysia in stages in just a few weeks.
When you find a garment you want to try on on Google Search, press the Try In On button to have it put on your uploaded picture. This can be accessed via Google Images search or the Shopping tab in Search.
Users need to upload a full body picture first and the AI will then put on the clothes you want to try on on the picture. The process will take a few seconds, similar to editing a picture in Google Photos.
