iMotorbike, one of the platforms known for offering used motorcycle sales and purchases, today also introduced another service under them, called iM Rescue.
As the name suggests, it offers emergency assistance and services for motorcyclists. Among the services provided are emergency services involving batteries, tires and motorcycle chains.
From the beta phase test conducted, it was seen that 55% of the requests involved battery cases and also difficulty starting the motorcycle. iMotorbike charges a charge of RM49 for each assistance requested (excluding charges involving items such as batteries or tires, etc.). Alternatively, this service can be subscribed for at a price of RM99 per year which gives you access to unlimited emergency assistance throughout the year (excluding charges for additional items such as tires, batteries, etc.).
With this service offering, iMotorbike is also seen continuing to want to be a one-stop center for various matters involving motorcycles, including in terms of sales to emergency assistance. iM Rescue services are offered in Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Johor, and operate from 10am to 12 midnight.
