Meta has introduced Creator Assistant on Facebook, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered chatbot designed specifically to help users, especially content creators. It works by answering questions and providing insights via messages, making it easier for them to understand their performance and get new ideas directly from their dashboard.
Creator Assistant allows content creators to ask any question related to their performance and receive specific guidance based on their respective communities. It can also provide tailored advice and tips to help users improve their content on Facebook and Instagram. In addition, it also learns from user experience, thus improving the suggestions and guidance provided over time.
Creator Assistant is currently rolling out to eligible content creators in the United States, Canada and India. To check access, users can open the dashboard in the Facebook mobile app. If available, Creator Assistant will appear there. If not, don't worry as it will be expanded to more users and other regions in the coming weeks.
