The world football fever is back with the FIFA World Cup 2026 which officially opens in Mexico City. In Malaysia, football fans have various options to enjoy this prestigious action including via RTMKlik. In an effort to provide the best viewing experience, U Mobile has been announced as the official sponsor of the FIFA World Cup 2026 broadcast on RTMKlik.
As part of this initiative, U Mobile is offering the ULTRA Football Pass which allows all mobile and broadband customers to watch all 104 matches in streaming with unlimited data every day at unlimited speeds. Redemption can be done for free via the MyUMobile application and this offer runs from 11 June to 20 July 2026.
Quoting the FAQ page, the ULTRA Football Pass is offered free of charge for a period of 24 hours and can be accessed via RTMKlik either via the website or mobile application. For example, if it is activated at 10am on 12 June 2026, the pass will expire at 9.59am the next day, on 13 June 2026.
Only certain U Mobile customers are eligible to redeem this pass, namely all mobile and broadband users except those under the U Mobile Fibre, ULTRA Tourist and ULTRA5G Trial plans. Through it, eligible customers can watch every match in streaming with unlimited data and unlimited speed, as stated by U Mobile.
Redemption can be done via the MyUMobile app with a few simple steps, namely opening the app, selecting the Add-Ons menu, then going to the ULTRA Football Fest tab to redeem the ULTRA Football Pass. Upon successful redemption, the pass will be automatically activated, and customers will receive a confirmation SMS.
The account must also be active to redeem this pass and it can be redeemed again after the existing pass expires. This pass also does not use up existing data quota when watching via the official RTMKlik website or app. However, it is only valid for use within Malaysia and cannot be used while abroad.
