The founder of Ahmad’s fast food restaurant had previously announced the sale of its shareholding to new management. Since then, several changes have taken place at Ahmad’s fast food restaurant under new management, and now they have announced a rebranding to Ahmad’s HotChicken.
In line with the rebranding, it was also stated that Ahmad’s is now the first fast food restaurant in Malaysia to use artificial intelligence (AI) to manage operations, marketing, and make strategic analysis and decisions. With the use of AI, it is targeted to do various things faster.
With the use of AI, it is also targeted that data-based decisions can be made, while at the same time improving the experience for customers.
