CIMB Bank Berhad has announced that scheduled system maintenance will be carried out on Saturday, 18 July 2026. In this regard, CIMB debit card services will experience temporary disruptions starting from 12:00 midnight until 5:00 am.
During this period, all purchases using CIMB debit cards, whether face-to-face transactions at business premises or online purchases, will be temporarily affected. To avoid any inconvenience during daily transactions, customers are advised to plan their payment transactions or make the necessary cash withdrawals in advance.
CIMB also apologizes for any inconvenience faced by customers during this upgrade period. At the same time, the bank greatly appreciates the patience of users in order to continuously improve the quality of banking services in the future.
