Microsoft launched the Microsoft Surface Pro and Microsoft Surface Laptop laptops and tablets last month with Qualcomm Snapdragon X2 Plus and X2 Elite processor chips. Pre-orders for the three Surface models opened yesterday from July 8 to July 22 with open sales starting July 23.
Surface Pro (13”) is equipped with a 13″ OLED touch screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. This is matched with a choice of chips up to Snapdragon X2 Elite, memory up to 64GB RAM, storage up to 1TB and a battery that can last up to 16 hours on a single charge.
This tablet computer has a detachable Surface Pro Flex Keyboard. The front webcam supports 1440p resolution and there is also a stick on the back.
Surface Laptop is offered with a 13.8” or 15” LCD screen and a choice of chips up to Snapdragon X2 Elite. This is matched with memory up to 64GB RAM, storage up to 1TB and a battery of up to 20 hours depending on the model. Another difference is that the 13.8″ model supports 39W charging while the 15″ model supports a faster 65W.
The Surface Pro sales price is as follows in Platinum, Black, and Dune colors. The Surface Laptop sales price is also as follows in Platinum, Black, Dune and Jade.
