Two other models in the Reno16 series were also launched in Malaysia today. They include the Oppo Reno16 and Oppo Reno16F, with each bringing a different focus to meet the needs of diverse users.
Oppo Reno16 comes with a 6.32″ AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2640 × 1216 pixels with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It uses a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip with a memory option of 8GB/12GB RAM and 256GB/512GB storage, and runs the ColorOS 16 interface. A 6700mAh battery based on Silicon-Carbon technology is used to support 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging.
The camera system consists of four 50MP sensors that include the main camera, ultra-wide, telephoto and front camera. In addition, this phone offers additional features such as IP66/IP68/IP69/IP69K resistance, stereo speakers, Bluetooth 5.4 support and an optical fingerprint sensor under the screen.
Oppo Reno16 F uses a 6.57″ FHD+ AMOLED screen and supports a 120Hz refresh rate. It is paired with a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chip with 8GB/12GB LPDDR4X RAM memory options and 128GB/256GB UFS 3.1 storage, and runs the ColorOS 16 interface.
It is also equipped with a 7000mAh battery based on Silicon-Carbon technology with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging support. The camera system consists of a 50MP main camera with OIS, 8MP ultra-wide, 50MP telephoto with OIS and a 50MP front camera. Additional features include IP66/IP68/IP69/IP69K, stereo speakers and an optical fingerprint sensor under the screen.
For the Malaysian market, Oppo Reno16 is priced starting at RM2699 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB variant while the 12GB RAM + 512GB storage variant is offered at RM2999. Meanwhile, Oppo Reno16 F is priced starting at RM1899 (online) and RM1999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB variant. For the 8 RAM + 256GB variant, it is priced at RM2299.
