Oppo today launched the latest smartphone Reno16 Pro for the Malaysian market. This model still maintains a stylish design as its main identity, while coming with a significant improvement in the camera system.
Oppo Reno16 Pro comes with a 6.32″ AMOLED display that offers a resolution of 2640 x 1216 pixels and a refresh rate of 144Hz. This screen also supports brightness up to 1800 nits in HBM mode and can reach 3600 nits at peak levels. In addition, it offers 10-bit color depth with DC Dimming technology for a more comfortable viewing experience.
In terms of performance, Oppo Reno16 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8550 Super chip paired with 12GB LPDDR5X memory and an internal storage option of 256GB. The device also runs the ColorOS 16 operating system, which offers the latest experience with various smart functions, including the introduction of the AI Snap Key button specially designed to improve ease of use.
The Oppo Reno16 Pro's camera setup consists of a 200MP main lens with OIS support, followed by a 50MP ultra-wide lens with an f/2.0 aperture and a 50MP 1/2.75-inch telephoto that also supports OIS. For the front camera, it uses a 50MP sensor with autofocus support. The device is also equipped with a 6700mAh battery based on Silicon-Carbon technology with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging.
Other specifications include IP66/IP68/IP69/IP69K resistance, an optical fingerprint sensor under the screen, dual stereo speakers, and Bluetooth 5.4 support. For those interested, the Oppo Reno16 Pro is offered at a price of RM3,699 for the 12GB + 256GB variant.
