Carousell Malaysia is expanding its delivery options on its platform by adding SPX Express, an official courier under Shopee. This strategic move not only completes the existing list of couriers under the Carousell Official Delivery service but also provides more convenience to users.
Through this collaboration, sellers now have the opportunity to try out the label-free delivery facility at over 1,000 SPX service centers throughout Peninsular Malaysia. With this system, sellers do not need to print labels before handing over the package. Instead, they only need to show the digital details generated through the Carousell app while SPX staff will print and paste the label on behalf of the seller, making the delivery process easier.
In addition, buyers are also offered the option of direct home delivery while both parties can track the status of the package via the Carousell and SPX apps. To celebrate this introduction, Carousell is offering promotional rates as low as RM3.50 per package. The rate is the basic delivery cost via SPX Express on Carousell Malaysia, and not the product price or other additional charges.
However, the company did not specify how long the promotion is valid.
