U Mobile today announced a strategic partnership with OpenAI, expressing its desire to become a telecommunications company powered by artificial intelligence.
Through this partnership, U Mobile aims to integrate AI across its various businesses, including how to engage customers, to support enterprises. This move is also expected to enable it to provide a smarter experience to users than today's offerings.
This strategic partnership will also provide U Mobile with access to OpenAI's latest models. U Mobile will also use OpenAI's models to drive software development, improve analytics and data science, and support the development and operation of smarter and more secure networks.
It was also shared that AWS will support in terms of technical support and cloud infrastructure, helping U Mobile develop and use OpenAI's model solutions.
