Vivo shared plans for the launch of the new X500 series which is scheduled to take place around September next year. The three models confirmed to be present include the X500, X500 Pro and X500 Pro Max.
This latest series is said to come with the ability to record film-grade videos through the main camera as a result of the strategic collaboration between ZEISS and Sony. The new dedicated sensor developed together has the ability to produce a dynamic range of up to 17EV, ensuring that video recordings remain clear even in challenging lighting conditions including when under the scorching sun. This proves vivo's commitment to improving the phone's video recording experience to a higher quality level almost equal to the results of professional film cameras.
In addition, the vivo X500 series supports 4K 240fps slow-motion recording, 4K 120fps HDR, as well as the OIS image stabilization system that stabilizes recordings like a gimbal. This feature is specifically designed to improve overall recording stability. As a continuation of the X series identity, vivo maintains the status of this flagship phone with a focus on professional images, alongside powerful internal hardware and quality screen displays.
