Earlier this month, Meta unveiled its personal AI agent service named Muse—a smart assistant designed to automate various mundane tasks, such as replying to emails and messages, adding events or tasks to your calendar, and more.
Previously, Muse was only available via computers or smart devices; however, during the Meta Connect event, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg introduced the Muse Charm. This is a physical AI assistant accessory resembling the classic Tamagotchi electronic toy, complete with a built-in Muse avatar.
The accessory features a 2-inch touchscreen display that shows your personal Muse AI avatar and performs most of the same functions as the Muse assistant found on computers or smart devices. It also comes with a built-in 5G modem for cellular connectivity, though it has been confirmed that the device cannot make outgoing calls.
Mark Zuckerberg announced that the Muse Charm will go on sale in December 2026, coinciding with the holiday and Christmas season, and a dedicated website has already been launched for those interested in registering. The price of the Muse Charm has not yet been revealed.
