Gaming accessory brand Razer has recently introduced a new gaming accessory: the Razer Tartarus V2 Pro gaming keypad. This device is a customizable keypad built specifically for hardcore fans of MMORPG titles such as *Final Fantasy XIV*, *World of Warcraft*, and *Guild Wars 2*.
The Tartarus V2 Pro features 31 keys equipped with Razer Analog Optical Gen 2 switches. These switches offer adjustable actuation points ranging from 0.1mm to 4.0mm to suit user preferences and boast a lifespan of up to 100 million clicks.
Much like the Razer Huntsman V3 Mini keyboard we recently reviewed, the Razer Tartarus V2 Pro comes with signature Razer gaming features—such as Rapid Trigger Mode and Razer Snap Flex—alongside extensive customization options via Razer Synapse software, allowing you to tailor the keys to your specific needs. The keypad supports 24 distinct key mappings across three profiles, enabling easy access to different usage configurations.
A built-in Hypershift button allows you to assign different inputs to the same keys, while a dedicated profile button lets you switch between profiles. Additionally, a keymap button allows for easy changes to key mappings while maintaining the same profile. The keypad's thumbstick utilizes Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) switches to ensure long-lasting durability.
Razer has announced that the Tartarus V2 Pro gaming keypad is now available in the local market through official Razer product retailers, priced at RM929.
