The Road Transport Department (JPJ) has announced the suspension of all services provided through MyEG, effective October 5, 2026. This move follows MyEG's failure to fulfill its obligations and the terms and conditions of the established agreement.
JPJ stated that the public can continue to access services as usual through official and alternative channels, including JPJ counters and the MyJPJ application.
This announcement by JPJ follows a press report today stating that Zetrix (the company behind MyEG) owes the government RM200 million in collected revenue dating back to May 2023.
Zetrix has not yet issued any comment regarding this matter.
