Nexal, an active lifestyle gadget brand that entered the local market earlier this year with the Nexal Watch and Nexal Watch Pro smartwatches, has today announced the launch of two new products to complement its smartwatch lineup: the Nexal Pad tablet and the Nexal Earbuds (TWS).
The Nexal Pad is a rugged tablet featuring an 11-inch IPS display with 2.5K resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and 500 nits of brightness. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G200 processor, paired with 6GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 1TB via a MicroSD card.
Another key feature is its dual-SIM slot with 4G LTE support, alongside Wi-Fi connectivity. On the rear, it sports a 13MP camera with an LED flash. Designed as a rugged device for active lifestyles, the tablet houses a massive 10,000mAh battery with built-in 33W fast charging support.
The Nexal Pad is available in two colors—Obsidian Grey and Aurora Green—priced at RM1,099, and can be purchased via the Nexal Malaysia online store on Shopee. Purchases also come bundled with a keyboard cover and a subscription to Nexal's AI service, valued at RM359. The Nexal Earbuds are the company's TWS (True Wireless Stereo) earbuds; they feature a compact design and come equipped with various capabilities typically found in much more premium TWS models.
The Nexal Earbuds utilize 13mm audio drivers for high-quality sound and incorporate three built-in microphones to ensure clear call quality and effective noise cancellation that blocks out unwanted ambient noise.
Regarding the microphones, these earbuds feature VPU Voice Enhancement technology, which helps ensure your voice remains clear and smooth when transmitting audio to the person on the other end of the call.
They also include a transparency mode and wear detection; the former allows you to hear your surroundings when desired, while the latter automatically pauses any playing multimedia content if you remove one of the earbuds during use.
The Nexal Earbuds are now available in the Malaysian market for RM199 in white and black, and can be purchased via their online sales platforms.
