Shopee offers an instant delivery option from various merchants participating in the "Instant Mart" program on its e-commerce platform. Previously, delivery was promised within 4 hours of placing an order and completing payment; however, with this new update, Shopee now guarantees delivery in under 1 hour.
This enhancement allows shoppers to receive their items much faster. To facilitate the Instant Mart feature, Shopee leverages its existing ShopeeFood delivery network.
Instant Mart operates from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with a weight limit of 10 kilograms per order. The service is available from Monday to Saturday and does not operate on public holidays.
Regular Shopee shoppers can access this feature via the icon menu on the app's homepage by selecting the "Instant Mart" icon.
