Many companies are now beginning to implement a Work From Home (WFH) system for their employees. But like the two sides of a coin, this system can make a person productive or vice versa.
Here are 5 tips to keep working while at home productive but still relaxed.



Start as early as possible

Don't be lazy, just work from home. So the first tips that can be done is to keep the rhythm of work like working from the office. Get up as usual, take a shower, then have breakfast. After that, find a comfortable space to work.



Schedule Inspections & Check Out Teamwork

Communication is the key to carrying out work from home systems. Duh, don’t imagine that if there is a lack of communication between the team or between employees and superiors, that will definitely make the job a mess.

For that the easiest thing to do is to implement a check -in and check -out system. You can discuss via group chat about the work that needs to be done in the morning and come back to report the work that has been completed in the afternoon.



Create an Employment Record

Now the next step is to make a note or list of work that must be completed immediately or work to come. The best way to do this is to write it down in a notebook or use a work management support app, such as a calendar or reminder.



Restrict Social Media



Stop! Limit excessive use of social media as this can disrupt the rhythm of our work. So try activating silent mode during working hours and turning off all other social media notifications unless there are important things.



Don't forget to relax

The pleasure of working from home, do not forget to take a break. Try to create a rest period that you must adhere to at certain times. For example, 12.00 - 13.00 for lunch and rest for 10 minutes after finishing work.
