6 Ways to Overcome Laptops Faster

Slow laptops often interfere with work or study, especially if frequently hung up. It felt like wanting to switch laptops, but I still had to save another budget.
A summary from us, here are tips to make your laptop work faster.

How to fix a slow laptop:

1. Check hard disk space

It is very important to make sure there is 15% free space on the hard drive. If you get the hard drive starting full, deleting some programs and files can be an option to increase speed.

2. Close unused tabs

If you’re working on a large project, then most likely you opened a lot of tabs and forgot to close unused tabs. Even closing a tab can make a laptop work faster. Don't forget to refresh the browser.

3. Delete unused files

Temporary files used for the installation process, cache and cookies from the internet also make laptops more difficult. For Macs, install the CCleaner app to find temporary files and delete them. For PC, click Start> All Programs> Accessories> System Tools> Disk Cleanup.

4. Restart the laptop

Restarting the laptop can refresh the memory and can provide an opportunity for the installation of updates. If you use the laptop continuously non-stop, it is better that you turn it back on at least once a week to keep the laptop running smoothly.

5. Data backup

Try to help the performance of the laptop by starting to back up data by providing an external hard drive. You can also take advantage of the online services of Google Photos, Amazon Drive, Dropbox and others. That way, RAM is safer and the OS runs better.

6. Discard unused language

An easy way to free up some computer operating space is to remove unused language.

On a PC with Windows OS, do the following: Settings app> Time & Language> Language> Windows Display Language. Select the Language you want and set it as the Default Language. Select Remove language to free space on the Windows system.
