7 Ways to Set Privacy on WhatsApp, Anti Stalker!

Many people like to know all our affairs on WhatsApp, thus interfering with comfort. This is the time for you to set your own privacy.
Sometimes, we want WhatsApp to be quieter than other people’s distractions. Starting from asking if you have read the message or not, to commenting on our profile photo.

I really hate stupid people and chasing like that, don't I? If that’s what you’re feeling, it’s time to increase privacy on the WhatsApp app. There are a number of ways this can be done, as compiled by us from a variety of sources.

How to set privacy in WhatsApp:

1. Delete the message

Have an annoying chat you don’t want to see anymore? Turn on Diaappear Messages. The trick is in the WhatsApp app, open the chat> click the person's name at the top of the chat> exit the account profile, click Missing Message> Select Active.

2. Turn off Last Visible

Maybe you're tired of the question, "Why don't you open WhatsApp?" Just turn off the Last Seen feature. Others can’t see when you last checked WhatsApp, and vice versa.

The trick is in the WhatsApp app, click Settings> Accounts> Privacy> Last Visible> change to None.

3. Turn off the blue mark

The blue mark, which means that it has read the message, actually invades privacy. If you do not answer, you will be considered ignorant or arrogant. Actually, we may be busy with other things.

To maintain privacy, turn off the blue check mark. How in the WhatsApp app, click Settings> Accounts> Privacy> Turn off Read Receipts.

If you turn it off, other people will not know that you have read the message or not. The same thing happens the other way around.

4. Prevent others from seeing messages on your WhatsApp

Sometimes, there are moments where your cell phone is being used by someone else and you are worried there are messages coming in and getting caught from whom. Sometimes it can be a topic of uproar. You can turn off incoming message notifications.

The trick is from WhatsApp, click Settings> Notifications> Turn Off the Use High Priority Notifications button.

5. Hide your profile photo

Tired of people commenting on your profile picture? Just hide it. You can set a profile photo for anyone to see.

In the WhatsApp app, click Settings> Accounts> Privacy> Profile Photos> choose between Everyone, My Contacts, or Nobody needed.

6. Block WhatsApp contacts

If one contact is interfering with your privacy, block it altogether. The trick is in the WhatsApp app, open the person's chat> tap the person's contact at the top of the chat> exit the contact's profile> scroll down and select Contact Block.

7. Stop photos and videos from appearing in the gallery

People send us pictures or videos without us asking or needing them, usually because of the WhatsApp group factor. There may even be disturbing pictures and videos, for example due to deception.

Unfortunately, photos and videos also appear in our gallery. But you can prevent it from happening.

The trick from the WhatsApp application is to open Settings> Chat> turn off the Show Media button in Gallery.

Hope you can be more comfortable using WhatsApp without any more privacy interference. Good luck!
