The launch of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 has been rumored for a long time. The latest news says that Samsung will hold a Galaxy Unpacked event to announce its two foldable phones on August 11, 2021.
This news comes from tipster @FrontTron via his tweet on Twitter. He also uploaded a Galaxy Unpacked event poster showing what devices will be showcased at the event.
From the poster, it can be seen that Samsung will hold a Galaxy Unpacked event on August 11 at 10:00 am Eastern US time. The event will be broadcast live through Samsung's official website and will feature four new devices, as quoted from GSM Arena, Monday (5/7/2021).

The device that will be the main star is of course the Galaxy Z Fold 3. This foldable screen phone will carry the S Pen stylus as it is positioned as a replacement for the Galaxy Note that was absent this year.
The Galaxy Z Fold 3 will have two screens that use Super AMOLED panels. The front screen will measure 6.23 inches and the main screen inside will measure 7.55 inches.
Not long ago, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 stopped on Geekbench and brought intense specifications, namely the Snapdragon 888 equipped with 12GB of RAM. The phone will run Android 11.
For photography, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will have three rear cameras, each measuring 12 MP, including an ultrawide camera with autofocus. A 16 MP camera is embedded in the main screen, and a 10 MP camera in the second screen.
As for the specifications of the Galaxy Z Flip 3, there are still many unknowns. This clamshell foldable phone has a Snapdragon 888 chipset, 8GB of RAM and a 3,300 mAh battery with 25W fast charging and 15W wireless charging.
The external screen size is increased to 1.9 inches, and the internal screen measuring 6.7 inches will support a 120Hz refresh rate. It is reported that both of these folding screen phones will be sold at a cheaper price than their predecessors.
In addition to the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3, Samsung is also expected to launch two new outfits, namely the Galaxy Watch 4 and the Galaxy Buds 2. The Galaxy Buds 2 will come in many colors and designs similar to the Galaxy Buds Pro.
The Galaxy Watch 4 will carry the One UI Watch operating system based on Google's Wear OS. The latest leak mentions that Samsung is preparing several variants of the Galaxy Watch 4, including a Classic variant that uses a rotating bezel.
It should be noted that Samsung has not confirmed the date for this event. But if it will be held in August as previously rumored, it seems that Samsung will soon spread invitations to the Galaxy Unpacked event.
