Activision Blizzard's Sexual Harassment allegations are getting worse

J Allen Brack, President of Blizzard Entertainment - a leading gaming company - says that allegations of sexual harassment in its place are very worrying. He conveyed it via an email he sent to all staff.
Earlier, the Department of Labor and Fair Housing (DFEH) had filed lawsuits against Blizzard Entertainment and its owner, Activision Blizzard, over bad culture and gender -based discrimination.

It was also reported that Brack, as one of the people at the company was suspected of knowing and committing such bad behavior. The ‘frat boy’ culture that is in it, allows male employees to drink alcohol at work and makes women the object of sexual harassment.

But unfortunately, via email, Brack wrote that he was unable to comment in detail on the case. The president of Blizzard Entertainment also did not accept an open investigation for his company.

According to the DFEH, male employees would play video games while working, then do pranks about sexual intercourse. They also talk openly about women’s bodies and make a lot of jokes about rape.

Worse, women are the target of various sexual advances and comments. This includes groping and other forms of distraction.

A female employee also said that men would approach her at work, then comment on her breasts. They also revealed that male employees and supervisors would hit them, if female employees made unkind or insulting comments about the harassment they experienced.

DFEH is a state agency that enforces civil rights law in California. Its mission is to protect Californians from unlawful discrimination in employment, housing, businesses and state -funded programs, from bias -driven violence and human trafficking.
